If you wish to request a refund or credit for a Product, you must reach out to our Support team. Each claim will be assessed individually, taking into consideration the digital nature of the product and any available preview or inspection options prior to purchase.
Please be aware that we are not required to provide a refund or credit in the following cases (but not limited to):
- You’ve changed your mind about the Product.
- You purchased the Product by mistake.
- You do not have the necessary expertise to use the Product.
- You’re requesting a refund as a goodwill gesture.
- You can no longer access the Product because it has been removed by the Seller or your account has been blocked (we recommend downloading your Products immediately after purchase).
If we determine that a refund or credit is warranted, it will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. For instance, if the Product was purchased using Nicestl USD Credits, the refund will be issued in Nicestl USD Credits. If the purchase was made through PayPal via credit card, the refund will be processed using that same PayPal method.
You understand and agree that while Nicestl takes reasonable precautions, there may be errors in listing a Product with the wrong price or inaccurate information due to typographical mistakes or other oversights. In these cases, Nicestl reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction, even after payment has been processed. If a transaction is canceled, Nicestl will promptly issue a refund or credit.
By making a purchase, you agree that if a dispute is filed with PayPal, Nicestl will be unable to release any funds from your Member Account until the PayPal dispute is resolved.
